Peach cocktail

For preparation of 2 cups of this cocktail, you will need a ½ cup of low-peach yogurt, ¼ cup of apple juice, ½ cup of sliced peaches and one banana. This cocktail is great for people who cannot give up the desire for sweets and sweetened beverages. It is hard to achieve our goal in weight loss while snacking, but fortunately these cravings are easy to satisfy, for example by a nourishing cocktail. A cup of this drink contains only 162 calories. We need ¾ cup of low-fat yogurt, chopped apple, ½ cup of crushed ice made from frozen apple juice, ½ of banana and a pinch of cinnamon. If you use unpeeled apples, you will increase amount of fiber and nutrients in your drink. Start with blending of yogurt and apple and gradually add the other ingredients until you will reach a smooth drink. Only glass of the cocktail contains 4 grams of protein that keeps you feel full longer and a healthy dose of potassium and calcium.
