What juices are useful in detox diet

Some of the popular detox programs are not based on any scientific evidence. They are mostly referring to the general knowledge and experiences. This kind of detox diet could be rather harmful than helpful. Cranberry juice is a very good supporter for frequent diseases of the urinary tract. It has antibacterial properties and also contributes to the health of gums. If you are on a detox diet cranberry juice may replace a lot of caffeine, so you do not need to drink coffee. Beware of sweeteners and corn starch, which may be sometimes added to cranberry juice to improve its taste.
